Good Faith Estimate (GFE)

As required by federal law, clients who are uninsured or paying out-of-pocket have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of therapy costs.

• The GFE provides an estimate of expected charges for your care.
• You will receive a written estimate before starting services and may request one at any time.
• If your bill is $400 or more higher than the estimate, you have the right to challenge the charges.
