Not to mention
My approach
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a proven method that helps people heal from trauma and upsetting memories. ART uses eye movements and guided imagery to help the brain process painful experiences in a safe and gentle way.
Here are some issues that ART has helped treat quickly and effectively:
Anxiety
Depression
Post-Traumatic Stress (PTSD)
Performance anxiety (such as fear of public speaking or test anxiety).
I am also a certified facilitator of Prepare and Enrich, a trusted program designed to strengthen relationships. Whether you’re getting ready for marriage or want to improve your current relationship, this approach offers helpful tools and insights. Using guided exercises and assessments, I help couples improve communication, resolve conflict, and build deeper emotional connections.
I’m trained in the Gottman Method (Levels I & II), a research-based approach that helps couples improve communication, resolve conflict, and deepen emotional connection.
In my work, I use a flexible, personalized approach by drawing from a variety of proven methods to meet your unique needs, including:
Person-Centered Therapy – Offering a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Helping you recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
Narrative Therapy – Encouraging you to reshape the stories you tell about your life in ways that promote healing and growth.
Gestalt Therapy – Building awareness of your present thoughts and feelings to foster self-understanding and personal empowerment.
Together, we’ll work to support your goals and promote meaningful, lasting change.
