My approach
I have received specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an innovative, evidence-based treatment for trauma and distressing memories. ART helps clients quickly process and reframe traumatic experiences using eye movements and guided imagery, offering rapid relief from emotional and physical distress. This approach is highly effective for treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related challenges.
As a certified facilitator of Prepare and Enrich, I help couples build stronger, more connected relationships. This leading relationship enhancement program is ideal for couples at all stages, whether you're preparing for marriage or seeking to deepen your connection. Through structured exercises and assessments, I guide partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing intimacy.
I am trained in the Gottman Method (Levels I & II), a research-based approach to couples therapy developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. This method focuses on building strong, healthy relationships through effective communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection. With these tools, I support couples in strengthening their bond, repairing trust, and increasing intimacy.
